Jereme excels at sourcing investment opportunities and skilled negotiation. His high-energy, leave-no-stone-unturned method results in consistent results and client success. Before forming Venture he worked as an investment sales broker at Marcus & Millichap and the lion share of his experience was as a project manager where he designed and built over $27 Billion in commercial real estate in 8 countries. His portfolio includes multifamily, mixed use and large-scale development projects such as a 963 unit, 570 acre Ernie Els signature golf course in Dubai ($4.1 billion) and the iconic worlds tallest building Burj Khalifa ($1.5 billion). He received his bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee and two masters degrees from Virginia Tech.

Troy Callantine, Principal Broker

Troy excels in complex transactions and represents our clients during the entire process. Whether buying or selling, you can expect exceptional service and support from Troy with his background in new construction, land acquisition, and development which brings a unique set of skills to every transaction. Knowing what it takes to bring a project from concept to completion is knowledge that helps our clients achieve their investment objectives. His commitment to communication with the client is always top priority, shaping an atmosphere of minimized stress and maximized results. Outside of work Troy is an avid skier and he received his Bachelors degree in Business Management from Weber State University. 

Joe Holloway, CPA, Investment Advisor

Joe is an experienced finance and accounting professional with a diverse real estate background across multiple asset classes. He began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers before transitioning into an operations role at a publically traded company, then later into investment sales with Marcus & Millichap and Jones Lang LaSalle. Joe has extensive experience advising Fortune 500 companies on growth, profitability, financial best practices and deal making. He brings significant experience both in evaluating investment opportunities as well as financial operations and reporting. Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and his MBA from Ohio State University. Joe is also a Certified Public Accountant.
